By confirming a booking with Gonobel Trips, travelers agree to follow all the terms and policies mentioned on our website.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required booking amount is received by Gonobel Trips. The remaining balance must be cleared before the trip departure date as instructed by our team.
Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents and necessary permits required for the trip. Any personal belongings carried during the trip are the responsibility of the traveler.
Changes in Itinerary
Gonobel Trips reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Delays & Natural Conditions
Travel activities in mountains and remote areas are subject to weather, landslides, and natural conditions. Gonobel Trips will not be responsible for delays caused by such situations.
Liability
Gonobel Trips shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, illness, or damage caused during the trip due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, road conditions, strikes, or government regulations.
Activity Risks
Adventure activities like trekking, hiking, and outdoor travel involve certain risks. Travelers participate in such activities at their own risk and are expected to follow the instructions given by trip leaders and guides.
Unused Services
Any services included in the package but not used by the traveler will not be eligible for a refund.
Acceptance of Terms
