Cancellation Policy

At Gonobel Trips, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all travelers.

Free cancellation is available up to 60 days before the departure date. Please note that the booking amount is non-refundable.

If a traveler cancels the trip within the timelines mentioned below, the following cancellation charges will apply:

59 – 45 Days Before Departure
10% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

44 – 30 Days Before Departure
25% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

29 – 15 Days Before Departure
50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

15 – 8 Days Before Departure
75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Within 7 Days of Departure
100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If a traveler fails to show up on the day of departure, no refund will be applicable.

In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, landslides, strikes, or weather conditions, Gonobel Trips may provide a travel voucher valid for 365 days instead of a refund.

If a trip is discontinued midway due to unavoidable circumstances, refunds will not be applicable.
