At GoNobel Trips Private Limited, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all booking transactions. Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking and the policies of our airline, hotel, transport, and destination partners. As travel arrangements involve multiple third-party service providers, certain components, including visa fees, travel insurance, permits, government charges, processing fees, and payment gateway charges, are non-refundable by nature.

Where a refund is approved, the eligible amount shall be processed within 7–15 business days and credited to the original mode of payment, after applicable deductions. Timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment processors. For flight-inclusive packages, refund amounts are governed strictly by the respective airline’s fare rules and cancellation policies.

In the event of a no-show, delayed arrival, or voluntary withdrawal after commencement of travel, refunds shall not be applicable. For circumstances beyond reasonable control—including natural calamities, regulatory restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events—refunds shall be limited to the recoverable amount received from service providers. GoNobel Trips reserves the right to determine refund eligibility in accordance with contractual commitments, operational feasibility, and applicable laws.
